Yeah, I would like to see that too.

I read somewhere that Aprilia being allowed to redesign engine internals ie: cam gears or something? mid season,
spurred the "WSBK becoming a prototype series" comment from Ducati. I will have to agree with them there. Is the
1198R still able to win races? Yes! The airbox restriction is what hurts the ducati the most even though they have been
taking the weight penalties off, little by little. I'm sure we will see a whole new design, engine and chassis in 2012
    from Ducati.

there have been a few people protesting against ducati pulling out of wsbk, and in return against valentino. despite what the heads at ducati are saying, the public aren't believing them and attributing the pull-out to paying rossi's salary. banners were made protesting at the recent wsbk race in imola and another guy had stickers actually made saying, "46 times, no thank you." take a look.

banners: More Ducatisti protest banners against Ducati and Rossi at Imola

stickers: Ducati fan's private war against Valentino Rossi

this relationship between rossi and ducati isn't starting off in the way they thought. i hope this doesn't affect them next year.

crazy... i guess it seems like a display of signs of the times.... with motogp sucking so hard, more people place importance on wsbk. Hopefully rossi does well on that ducati, or they'll piss off even more fans.

Wow! I wouldn't have predicted that, but I think you're on to something, DZ. I hope Ducati hasn't just made a crucial mistake...
