an absolute masterclass. unbelievable. i remember i was jumping and screaming like a mad man when i was watching this. i get goosebumps to this day every time i watch it.

I love the isle of man tt for the location, but hate the tt style. What's racing without chasing down the competition and passing???

revisiting this for a sec. i always thought this was a phenomenal race with ben spies in 09 on the R1. here he is at assen. i miss wsbk spies. he was awesome to watch.

yea, it was nice to see him clean the floor with the wsbk grid. even with all the problems he had no one (other than haga) could even come close. too bad he couldn't do that in gpwould make it much more interesting to watch

I watched the Catalunya clip and the Spies clip at work and was leaning around in my chair like an idiot.
I remember that race.

'89 Aussie GP (might have been '88, whenever they returned to Philip Island). Probably the best race I have ever witnessed.
