Have made a few orders from them the last month or so, and they really seem to be a top notch company. They have the best diagrams on the site that are easy to read to find exactly what you are looking for. I have yet to find anywhere else that makes it so easy to order factory parts, plus they have the best prices I have seen.

My only 2 issues I have with them are:
    1. Most of their shipments usually take at least 10 days from the time you order, I would imagine because they get it from the factory first.

    2. If you need a few things, order them all at once. Their shipping is pretty expensing if you're just getting a few bolts. But if you order a bunch of stuff, it's very reasonable.

i have always had the best service from them. they do have to get most there parts out of the atlanta warehouse. so atlanta to north carolina to texas doesn't make much sense logistically, see if they can drop ship the parts next time?

edit: i agree with everything that's been posted. luckily i'm within the 2 travel days from north carolina so it's only a business week for me.

Why don't you try not trolling sections that are actually motorcycle related and useful?

Many people agreed it would be nice to have a whole vendor feedback section. If anything it's helpful to future people looking to order from an online vendor. I wish I could read more reviews from each individual place and know what to expect.

Like Natedogg said, since he is closer, shipping is much quicker, since I am further, it's nearly a week and a half to 2 weeks every time I order.. Maybe someone looking to order parts from them now could read this thread and:

    1. Know that if they need multiple items it's worth buying all at once due to expensive shipping costs for small items.
    2. Know that if you're a distance away, shipping can take quite a while, which may make it worth it to pay for faster shipping or order elsewhere if it's a part they are really waiting on.

yeah I'm going with they suck. i just placed an order on the 21st and it didn't even get sent out until the 24th. it takes 4 days to put 4 tiny valve pads in a box? these things are smaller than a hearing aid battery.
and they don't give you a tracking number. I even called to ask for it just about 40 min ago and they guy doesn't have one.

that's the last time I use them. I could have had them by now if I went up the street to the yamaha dealer. I checked with them sat and they had the same prices. except I paid for shipping from mrslowcles.
so my order cost me an extra $11. plus another 3-4 days wait.

when you see on their site "orders ship in 3-5 business days" that means they don't bother to send your stuff out for 3-5 days later.
F that shit. that's the last time with them for me.
there's no benefit ordering anything from them. it takes twice as long and shipping puts you at the same price as the dealership price. well the one by my house anyway. (cycle specialties)
the best you've ridden is the best you know.

Excellent feedback, just out of curiosity why the fuck would u order them online and pay more when you could have just picked them up like you said from the dealership?

my guess is he assumed (i'm guilty of this all the time) that parts sourced anywhere other than the dealership will be cheaper. they call them stealership for a reason right? I need to get some parts too, maybe it isn't a bad idea to check local for good prices

Been using them for years and have never had an issue with them.

One of the guys that worked there used to be a member and went to a few R6mn meetups at the gap.
    He ended up dying though.

I never had issues with those guys for ordering OEM parts. I actually always found them to be cheapest for what I ordered compared to the stealership. Orders were always timely for me as well.
