It was for an 05 yamaha r1.
You have fixed the verification drop down boxes in your ad but it is still listed at the bottom of your ad as fitting the 04-06 r1.

I contacted bazzaz directly and they stated that they have never made this product for the 04-06 r1.

    Are you serious?

We have already been discussing this for the past 3 weeks.

This was an error on your part for falsely advertising the product.

It's no different than me selling you a Ferrari engine and sending you a ford engine.

We have already discussed this and AFTER discussing the issue you all sent me a return label.

Not only was it falsely advertised but you all have since edited the original ad to no longer show as working on my vehicle.

This was 100% an error on your part.

Here is a picture of the ad before you all changed it.

    http://i27.photobucket.com/albums/c1...6/Bazzaz-1.jpg

Why did you all change the ad if it was not falsely advertised?

It no longer shows as working on my vehicle.

This has got to be the worst experience I have ever had on Amazon or Ebay over my years of using both.

I have proven that you are at fault for listing the product incorrectly and still you refuse to give me a refund?

I am beyond disappointed by your customer service.

I bought this on 5-21-12 through their Amazon page.
    Bazzaz EXUP Servo Eliminator E741

This Item Fits the Following Applications:
    2006-2011 Yamaha YZF-R6
    2009-2011 Yamaha VMX1700 V-Max
    2006-2011 Yamaha FZS1000 FZ1
    2002-2008 Yamaha YZF-R1

It is 7-5-12 and they now have my part AND my money.
They are no longer returning my e-mails.

I called them today and they were of no help.
They told me they were trying to get a hold of someone from Bazzaz to verify if this part works on my vehicle.

Below is an e-mail From Bazzaz which I forwarded the day I got.
I contacted Bazzaz and received a response within 24 hours.
Why these guys have not been able to get a hold of them in a month and a half is beyond me.

Question or Comment: I bought this product and it has not fixed my error code.

    EXUP Eliminator - Yamaha

    Yamaha EXUP Servo Eliminator.

    [#E741]

I went to R1-forum.com and read some of the comments. It appears this does not fit my bike?

Do you know if the exup eliminator work on the 04-06 R1?

I have tried everything and cannot get my code to erase.

I started with 5 codes when I got the bike. I am now down to only code 17.

How do I get this product to work?

The EXUP Eliminator was only made for years 02-03 and 07-08. We did not make one for the years 04-06

It does not appear that I will be getting my money or my part back but hopefully I can stop one of you all from being scammed.

Amazon was also of no help with this.
Their reply was we can only ask the seller to refund. We cannot make them refund or hold them accountable for an incorrect advertisement.

The domain www.powersportsuperstore.org is available to buy.

Buy that shit and post up the entire experience. I will do some of my SEO work on it and that shit will show up on page 1 right below their listing. Anybody that searches for them will see your experience. It is truly the ultimate way to screw someone and they have very little legal action when it comes to domain squatting.

They are the dumbasses for not buying all their domain variations.

    Holy shit!
It only took like 50 days, 70 e-mails, and phone calls.
When I talked to them today I basically got a polite fuck you.
The guy I talked to did not even want give me his name.

If you BING them you will see quite a bit of bad reviews from the motorcycle community.

I wrote a letter to the BBB and to BAZZAZ directly yesterday.
Perhaps one of those had something to do with it.

The domain is going to be like 20 bucks for the year. I can host it for you on my server and then I can just load up Wordpress or some other free syndication software. We write about how shitty they are, then we laugh.

Go to bluehost.com or 1and1.com. type in the name you want and click purchase. Then Vortex can walk you through pointing it to his server.
