Most depressing time of the year...

Well...unfortunately, the time has come for us Canadians ....time to put the 6's to sleep. What do you guys do during the winter to keep your minds off riding? I get so bored, sometimes pissed off, knowing it's another few months where there won't be any riding. Looking to pick up a new winter hobby, any ideas? i've seen a few vids of dirtbikes with studded tires on frozen lakes, thatd be awesome!

What about snow-mobiles?

Its not cheap but you could come down south a bit and ride at the track on a rental bike or take a Keith Codes class.

I guess Im lucky to live in Cali where we can almost ride every day of the year! If you dont mind rain riding (I ride for pleasure not transportation so I dont ride in the rain) then you CAN ride 365 days a year.

Dave has a few but they're in Newfoundland. Nowhere around here to ride them like there is by his parents place on the rock.

As for hobbies, are you looking for indoor or outdoor? Dave does a bit of carving in the winter time. I don't think you'd like my hobbies.
