Well i got back from Bogie last night...didn't have the greatest time. On the first part of the day, i had a huge highside. The track staff said my legs were wayy up there . I tumbled and flipped with the bike for a good while into the dirt. I hit my head pretty hard a couple of times, banged up my knee and foot, ripped my boot open and my helmet's pretty much scrap now.

I picked up the bike and the track staff helped me bring it to the pits. I had a broken master cylinder, a few bent parts, scratches obviously, and a destroyed frame slider that took a really good hit but saved a lot.

It didn't take long for everyone in the pits to come and help me out. I thought i was done for the day but i had at least 6 people looking for parts, tools, all kinds. I had to tape my visor to my helmet , missed about 3 sessions then got back out there but rode half ass for the rest of the day. I had a headache all day but i was so happy i was able to get back out there.

I was so grateful for everyone that helped me out though. The vibe at trackdays is amazing, everyone went out of their way to help me out and i definitely wouldn't have been able to get back on track without them. Now this is an excuse to get a new helmet and boots, its been long overdue...and i really need to get a track only bike, doing this double duty stuff sucks.

Damn sorry to hear. But yes the people up there, and at most trackdays, are awesome. And I do agree the double duty stuff sucks. I've been realizing that big time this year.

Thnx guys. Honestly i don't know how it happened, i wasn't even pushing that hard. The rear just spun around, i thought i was going to lowside at first then it just completely flipped to the other side. It happened on the last turn (left) just before the straight. I didn't take any pics and i can't now because i replaced everything back to street. Looks like i just need a new engine bolt w/frame slider and a new MC. The rest i can deal with.

Is your tire are that old? Was it on the first lap? I don't know I want to learn from your crash so it doesn't happen to me
