Find yourself a very, very good Orthopedic doctor that specializes in Sport Medicine and sports related injurys. Find out who the team doctor for the closest football team is. They will be able to fix your knee, wrist and shoulder the best.

Im sorry to see you went down, but very glad to see you made it.

Sucks hard man, but I'm glad you're alive to tell about it. A lot of those kinds of scenarios end up with body bags.

As for the ACL, I say get it fixed. Eventually it's gonna go the rest of the way, and then your knee is junk, and you run the risk of tearing other stuff. Speaking from quite recent experience there.

Yup, when I crashed in 06, I was fortunate to have a Ortho doctor that has worked on athletes from all over the world. Saved my lower leg and have a somewhat functioning ankle, not to mention the rest of my other injuries.

Glad you're alive and so sad for such a nice bike!

Holy crap! That pic of your arm is gnarly! Thanks for the reminder to wear all of my gear all of the time!

That is why I would never carry riding a motorcycle. That lancer driver would have 2 in the chest and 14 in the head if I was still able to move my arm.

Glad you are okay man. Makes me glad I only ride track.

^You're a moron. Accidents happen, it wasn't malicious.

Glad you made it out, but I would not let that deter you from riding dude. You're just as likely to get hit by a bus crossing the road or have a 40 ton girder fall off an overpass the instant you're under it (Girder falls on Colo. freeway; 3 killed - U.S. news - msnbc.com). Shit happens , the best we can do is mitigate the dangers.
