2012 honda fireblade pics

These are the first photos of Honda’s 2012 Fireblade. Besides the new angular styling, the bike has Big Piston Forks, new rear suspension, new clocks and lightweight wheels.
Those hoping for a V4 will be disappointed, as the engine appears almost identical to this year’s model. Also, there are no signs of any traction control – the switchgear has no extra buttons and the new dash has nothing to indicate there are any S1000RR-rivalling electronics.
The bike in the photos does not have any wheel speed sensor rings, so it seems Honda will continue to give customers the option to do without ABS.
The photos were posted on Honda’s Hong Kong Facebook page, but have now been taken down.

i think it looks pretty awesome and i love the paint. i just wish they would put the V4 in already!

I like it a lot. Too many companies seem to be adding all these new curves and edges that I just don't like. It's like they're almost trying to look "too" futuristic. This has the older smooth curves, with some newer styling.. Looks great

i think they changed the piston rings after 09. But they still won't do a recall on the 08s, you know, because burning and entire quart of oil every 1000 miles is completely normal.... I feel sorry for honda owners.

Wheels look sick. I saw another 2012 1k that has added in a little bit of a sharp jaggedness piece on their bike too...might be a trend for the new bikes.
