Just hit 50,000 miles on my R6

wow...I have an 05 that I bought brand new and I only have......59xx miles lol

I got 30,000 km on my 05. Still rocking solid

I even have done about 6-7 track days total. I plan to do a couple more next year.

Over the 50,000 miles have you done trackdays??

You should be fine, just give it a good once over..Personally I would do the following:
Fresh Coolant
Fresh Plugs
Clean Air Filter
Fresh Oil
Fresh fluids in suspension and brakes
Tires (obvi)

Fresh Coolant, I do it twice a year. Not because I am a maniac but because in fall the temperature goes below freezing point I still want to ride couple more weeks and obviously when you go on the track you need to have water as coolant. So necessarily I need to switch between them all the time...
Fresh, plugs, I am probably due now. Well I will have the bike in all winter, so I will be able to change that again.
Clean filter, I need to be better at it. I only check that once a year...Looks in good shape though and I oil it when I clean it.
Fresh oils, is once a year since I always do below 4,000km on it.
Brakes I never did it so far...and I need to look at that closely. I should probably buy another set of pads shortly. How do you know your rotor needs to be change?
Suspension fluids, I don't know how to do that....I wish I could do that myself. I probably need to get a suspension guy setup my suspension anyway. Maybe one day at a track day.

I think the best thing for the bike is not to crash it...that save a ton of works
