This is nothing. 5 years ago when Oblivion happened, i think that game sucked me in for like 9 months. Not that bad where I didnt leave the house and my ass started to grow into the couch. But it was the only game i played for 9 months. This one....I dunno. I actually cant wait until its over really. I just wanna be done with it. Im already like 80% thru with all the major quest lines. At this point im just curious to see how it ends. Then ill wipe my hands clean of skyrim and pop forza 4 and mw3 (finally...) back in the 360. I promise.

I know when to up / down shift and whatnot based on the vibrations I feel through my legs across the rpm band as I ride. I spend more time standing at red lights then I do anything else soooo the music helps a lot.

I've got the same headphones as you and they do not fit in my ear at all. They are always falling out and never get in far enough to clear my helmet. Which in turn makes them hurt like hell when I take off my lid. I must just have really small ear canals.

yeah man you must sometimes I can't get mine out easily. Usually have to yank them via the cord. Are you using the smallest end caps they come with? The one's Alicia uses look a lot more narrow, maybe those would be better for you?

    Mine from teh fronts:

Yeah, I'm using the smallest end caps, doesn't seem to matter...Alicia's do look like a better option, but I don't know if I use them enough to warrant buying a pair.

I think we talked about this before? I remember a similar conversation.. Yeah, mine are awesome, but expensive ($100ish.) I have smaller ear canals too, and if I use the regular sized ear pieces, they make my ears sore from the pressure. They come with different sized pieces though, so you can switch them out to whatever's more comfortable. And if you really wanna get fancy, Etymotic makes custom fitted headphones that are molded to the shape of your ears..

Yeah I think we might have...damn I didn't realize they were $100, now I really can't justify it My ears definitely hurt from the pressure too. I just use my old school over the ear headphones when I run..and I've given up on riding with music or in-ear headphones all together.

Just got back from a ride and noticed something... When I'm getting ready to go again from a standing double foot down stop, after I tuck my left tow in between the shifter and step, I tap my left knee / inner thigh in and upwards against the molded curvature in the tank twice.

I used to always put my left glove on first, then the right glove. It made fumbling around w/ my helmet strap much painless.

I always cracked my neck before I hit a stretch of nice roads.

I use three fingers on the clutch/brakes. I don't know why, but I feel much more comfortable with it that way.

I always get on the kickstand side, but I'm short so it helped. It sounds strange, but getting on the other side being 5'4 is awkward as shit. My bike wasn't lowered.

I don't remember much else... but I can't wait to ride again.

Ear-buds. Que music. Helmet. Left glove. Right glove.

1 finger for the brake. 4 fingers for the clutch.
