ive been feeling fat and weak lately and between work and the family i dont have a lot of time to work out so this works perfectly for me! not to mention i havnet worked out in 4+yrs start date 1/29/09 inital rank-3 16 push ups height 5'10 weight 195 i did the set as instructed for day 1 and my arms are feeling it, not sore but i can feel that they were worked
I used this challenge to jump start my physical fitness again. Maybe that is your intention too? Good luck

so yesterday my arms were a little sore which i expected them to be but during the night and today my left tricep has been killing me! i think i pulled it the first time working out in over 4 yrs
SOunds like im in the same boat as you, havent worked out in forever. Well soon since i jsut got laid off, been running everydy since last monday. Good luck you!
