Shit, I forgot to update my progress! Anyway, here are my #'s Day 10 pushups = 20, 21, 16, 16 and max = 40 (yes 40! I was surprised as well)
Day 11 pushups: 21, 22, 17, 17 and max = 35.
Day 12 pushups: 22, 23, 18, 18 and max = 42.
Day 13 after a 1 week hiatus: 24, 25, 19, 19 max = 26
Day 14: Ouch! Dehydrated after run and results show it 25, 26, 15, 15 max = 15 <- terrible muscle fatigue at 3rd set...
Day 15: 26, 27, 20, 20 max = 42.
