Very good question. Does she get a 1099 from the company.. and file a Schedule C when she does her tax returns? If so, she should be able to deduct the coverage. You'd still want to do more research though and possibly even contact an accountant for a solid answer.. but I believe so. If you don't have a CPA on tap, I can run the question past mine.. no problem!
