Haha, yeah, I dont care, as long as it's fun to drive, cheap on gas and reliable. I dont think they look too bad when they're all pimped out with roll bar, wheels and lowering either.

I think I've decided to get a Miata.

Now I'm scared to get anything. You've got me second guessing myself. I'll tell you this, I'm looking at 3 cars right now:
1. 1989 Civic LX sedan, near perfect condition. $1500-1700
2. 1991 Mazda Protege, good condition $700-800
3. 1994 BMW 318i, good-great condition $2200-2500

You think one of these would be prone to theft?

Hmm... Good point. Maybe a Honda isnt the best bet. I dont know, I still have to sell my car first so we'll see what happens with that. I'll let you know when I find something that I'm actually looking at buying.

Hmm... I guess I'll keep my options open. I really am going for minimalist. I want a sleeper that attracts no attention. I'm tired of having a car that I have to park in the garage. I dont want to have to worry about door dings anymore. And I just kinda wanted something with a bit of an oldschool feel to it, the '91 sedan has always appealed to me. Plus its nice to have the 4-doors when you have friends in town and I kinda feel like it's more of a grown-up looking car and the hatch is kind of a kids car.

You have a choice between a 1991 Civic EX sedan in good condition or a 1996 Civic Hatchback in good condition. Without taking price or resale value into consideration. Which would you choose? Mostly based on looks but you can also factor in performance. Upgrades are not really a factor because I probably wont spend any money modding it but you never know I guess, I do love me a good B18A/B. I really just want something that is ultra cheap, comfortable to drive and reliable.
