Hi there, I saw a couple of your threads about 05 R6 fenders and that 04-08 R1 fenders are not an exact fit because of the mounting holes, and you had to bore them out. I'm guessing that your CF fender had to bored out to fit the grommets even if it were being fitted to an R1 anyway, so I want to know if the holes were in the correct alignment and just needed to be bigger, or were they actually not quite aligned. I'm in need of a fender and can only find OEM R1 07 fender within my budget. Thanks in advance!
