Default **READ FIRST** PCIII Map Uploading Guidelines **READ FIRST**

All new threads in this section should only be for new PCIII maps. In order to keep the files organized and easy to reference, please adhere to the following guidelines when uploading your custom map:

    Title:

The title of your map should include the year of your bike, the model (at some point we may have R1 guys wanting to share their maps as well), what exhaust you are running, and whether or not there are additional mods. Please also include if your bike is a California or European model.

    Examples:

04 R6 Termignoni slip on + ........................[Would indicate a 2004 Yamaha R6 with a Termignoni slip-on pipe and other mods]
06 R6 [Euro] Leo Vince full system ............[Notice the included Euro tag]

    Description:

In the description field of the file you are uploading, please list in detail all of the modifications done to your bike that have to do with air/fuel or ignition. Include exhaust, air filter, slide stops, velocity stacks (including brand and layout), ignition advance, etc. Do NOT include your shorty levers, a 520 conversion, or rim tape, or anything else that would not affect the tuning of the bike. It is a good idea to include this information in the description box within the map file as well.

Also, if known, please include the maximum power/torque ratings you achieved with your custom map.

    Category:

After you have entered the correctly formatted file name and description (author is optional, if you want to credit your tuner), be sure to select the proper category for your bike. If you upload the file to the wrong category, it will have to be deleted and you will need to re-upload it.

When you have completed all of these fields, click the Browse button, locate your map file, click OK, and select Add File. Your file will be uploaded and placed in Moderation for one of the mods/admins to check over, and approve.

Thanks for your participation, and helping to make this the best R6 site around!

    The download section is here.
