    Default Question about tail bags

I'm new to sportbikes and have a question. I have been looking at the zip-up zip-down tail bags for my r6 so i can load a few pops and lunch for work. Are these worth the $60+ for them? I have seen a few on ebay but figured i'd ask and see if anyone used them or if there worth it.

    Thanks for the help...........

For sake of ease I'd probably either get a backpack with a sternum strap or purchase a bungie net with hooks and tie down a bag to the tail. To spend $60 on a bag specifically and only used for the tail seems kind of pointless, IMO.

I wear a backpack now but I loved my tailbag when I had my YZF. It could hold a full size helmet and was waterproof.

I'm using a backpack now for work, but after packing a jacket and a few bottles/cans of mtn dew and them chewing into my back just kinda sucks sometimes. Lets not get to the bigger items that don't fit, lol.

Magnetic tank bag is the way to go! I love my Cortech. It is very versatile and stays put at high speed. I'm able to lean on it for long trips too.

With the magnet bags.. a friend of mine had hers fly off when we were ridign in HIGH winds (50+). She was lucky that she caught it... if not it would still be on the side of the freeway.. so whatever you get make sure you watch it for movement..

Just wondering if you had any problems hooking the tail bag to ehe bike with your fender eliminator?

Do you have pics of the setup?
