I went to the a/s gp techs after having the a/s sp-2's for several years and the techs are great. A/S stuff just really fits me well. Really want to play with a set off knox handroids in person.

The handroids are an awesome glove. The only complaint I have is with the seam running down the thumb. All of the other seams are sewn outside, except this one. After a while it can start to really dig into the side of your thumb. I'm not sure why they chose to sew this one inside, but it runs from your wrist all the way to the tip of the thumb.

Other than that, they are amazing. They give excellent feedback, plus they are really flexible right from the get-go. Easy to adjust, and they feel really well made. I feel like my hands are really protected well with them.

I didn't buy these, I kinda helped myself to them while I was at my brothers house last time...I borrowed them if you will. They are his track gloves. I still want to check out the phantoms before I decide between the two.

I've had a get-off with Kangaroo leather Held gloves and the only thing that came apart was the wrist clasp, the impact pad on the palm was worn through but it did not penetrate the leather palm.

The strength of Held is that they are "simple", those SPIDI's are way too complex. The more seams and stitching you have the weaker it becomes, the Pentas are made out of like 9 different compounds.

Forget about looks and find yourself a glove that'll stay together...
