Default Moving R6 in a Van???

Tomorrow im going to be picking up my R6 from shop, its about 90 miles away from my place and all I have is a '01 Dodge/Plymouth Voyager Van available atm, I know it will fit when I remove the 2nd and last row seats perfectly.

The bike is going to be restrained with some rope so it doesn't fall inside the van and it will be upright

this brings me to my question:

What should I watch out for when loading up my R6 in the van?
    any leaks or anything specific?
Can I get a ticket if I drive my van with the R6 inside as cargo ?

I'd suggest instead of ropes, you use tie-downs + canyon dancers. Make sure your anchors for the tie-downs are secure, you're going to want it super tight. Hopefully you have a ramp. Take plenty of pictures and post them.

What are you going to prop your front wheel up against?

Leaks and tickets are the last things I'd be worried about.

Get some of those ratcheting straps. You can probably tie them around the front seat bases.

The fronts wheel will most likely be propped up against the back of the front passenger seat, and just maybe I'll make a platform and the R6 will sit on it so it doesnt want to fall over.

straps sounds like a good idea, ill try to find some, i know I have somewhere, otherwise ill try to take pics galore

never got a ticket putting 2 bikes in my dads 94 astro van...we had no choice and had to get to the track somehow...it was a tight squeeze...need ramp and plenty of tie downs or maybe a friend to sit back there

Tie downs definitely. Spend the extra $12 on even the cheapies. Better $12 than some damaged fairings, clip ons, rearsets etc.
