no wood. Luvvy is not the wifey...
here are some pics of the install
The bike in her stock and unmolested form
The fun parts.
Under the tank exposed - quite interesting here -
Another torn apart view
Beautiful Titanium goodness - note the Bazzaz Z-AFM wideband sensor
The naked block before the headers went back on
No exhaust
Initially placing the Bazzaz Unit
Routing the Bazzaz wiring harness - once you lay it out, its pretty easy to figure out what needs to be plugged where - the only one that was hard to find was the "kick stand switch placement - little black plug against a black frame on the right "throttle" side of the bike
The EXUP eliminator plug - nice and neat
No More EXUP Servo Motor
Wiring in the Bazzaz to the lower injectors
Trying to make it nice and neat - it ended up quite good
The Corsa Ti Exhaust - sounds fantastic too
Final Placement of the Z-AFM - Fits well in a spot between the ECU and the Battery - worked well for the wiring layout too
Final placement of the ZFi - I ended up plugging the USB cord in there and tucking it in place for hook up with ease.
and Finally - pics of the wifey

Got my vote for best wife ever!
I know this thread is old, and Champion isn't around much, but looking at your pics I noticed these. Is it just a weird view, bad angle, or something I'm missing, but this weld right here looks like complete shit. It looks fat and bulky and completely disproportionate compared to the others, like it has a bad tie in and was added after or something. Hopefully it's just the picture or something, but that would really bother me on a nice bike like that. Granted, I would imagine a fairing covers it, but still.

might be the angle, but yes, factory welds - looking from the top down it does look like a booger weld - bike handles on rails so I dont complain too much
