Im pretty sure i have stock header. I was womder if getting a different header would up the hp, and if so, by how much??? And suggestions on a good place to find them would be great too!!

Not really since those dont have the cat and muffler like the 3rd gens do.
You'll get some but not alot to make it worth doing unless you got 1200 for a full system plus power commander and tuning. You're better of changing your gearing if you're looking for more power
I do have a power commander and have changed my gearing, but im still running low hp. I got it dyno'ed the other day and im only putting out 96. They didnt download a different map or nething. They said my air/fuel mix was " pretty much where it needed to be", so i was wondering why my bike is only putting out 96 RHP? IM SPEECHLESS. Any suggestions?

They said i was running fine for my air/ fuel. And i didnt feel like dropping the money on getting it tuned. Should i get the bike tuned itself or the power commander?

I run on my Track R6 a PCM3 (custom tune), BMC race filter, M4 slip on, Driven -1/+2, and about to wrap the header. She is pretty fast. Just think, our stock header is a great upgrade to the new R6, so, by saying that, the stock header is pretty good. :fact:
