    You should be able to just buy the shiftrod itself from Woodcraft, but depending on what rearsets you have, stock or aftermarket, if they're not Woodcraft, the shift rod may not work since aftermarket companies position their heim joints for their shift linkage all differently from one another & use different thread diameters, etc.

    If you have aftermarket rearsets, I'd suggest checking their site to see if they offer a GP shift rod. Individual parts should be available from most rearset mfgr's.

    My Honda is set to gp shift, feels awsome but a few times I have forgotten and downshifted when I meant to up which can be a surprise but yea as long as I remember it works brilliantly and is easier I would say

    I did that getting on the interstate one day..closest I have come to laying the bike down at a higher speed. Luckily I had enough sense to pull in the clutch and click into the proper gear.
