I just grabbed some 5w40 shell rotella at walmart with a the same supertech filter I have been using for awhile.
I bought 4 cases of the M1 red cap when I heard it was being discontinued. I finally ran out of it. Just bought some of the M1 10W40 High Mileage stuff.![]()
I bought 6 Pl 14610 extra long for my 02 at amazon with free shipping-best filter made for a 02- about $5.50 each, going to get a magntic oil plug too. I use suzuki 10-40 syn bike oil-$6.16 a qt-mobile one is now $10-not worth it for me.
LOL Is SOW!!!

I tried finding the MX4T but couldn't find it at Autozone or O'Rilleys. They did have the Extended Performance gold cap without the EC. One question though is I noticed alot of you say you use 10w40... I have been using 15w50 and I live in the midwest.. Is this fine? because I looked for 10w40 last week and the only thing I could find was the 5000 mile M1 brand... So I just bought more 15w50 of the Extended Performance...

yah like some others have said the oil wrench that just hooks onto any socket set works like shit for me. for whatever reason it always slips when i'm trying to take it off and i end up reverting to the poke the screw driver through and get fuckin oil everywhere. i got the K&N that lets the shift rod clear it (not sure of the part # off the top of my head). i will be putting that on soon when the weather breaks with some fresh shell rotella (great fuckin oil).
