05 R6 20k miles Shuts off on idle

Only after I really get on it. I dont get on it much though so it's only happened like twice. I can keep it running by revving it, but in nuetral it completely wants to shut off. What do you think the issue is? My friend said its because I'm not constantly getting on the engine (by that I mean doing 70 in first or second

) ....what do you guys think

ok, update. I'm definately almost positive it's the power commander. Problem is I dont have the cables for it. Anyone know if you can buy those or get them seperately? Also the power commander fuel light doesnt light up. Is there something special I need to do?

ok so, apparently the PC3 wasnt even connected. That may be the issue since I have a micron exhaust on it. So I took the cables of the battery, and reset everything. Now it hasnt cutoff during idle, but it doesnt like low rpm no matter what gear I'm in. PLEASE HELP seeing my bike like this makes me a sad panda.

how low rpm are you talking because this is a bike that redlines at 15k. nothing is gonna like low rpm when it can be revved that high

like 1k-4k range. I need to rev it pretty heavily, like to 3k-4k in order for it to not sputter in first or any gear. It wasnt like this before I disconnected the battery. Happened right after though. Other than that thought it runs pretty good actually lol...the only thing that concerns me is it didnt run like this before I disconnected the battery to fix the other issue lol. Before I could actually come off the clutch and the bike would start rolling without any gas.

I suggest clearing your map and downloading a new map for your set up.

I would agree, but the PC3 was never connected. I'm inclined to think it should be which is why I had the problem in the first place, but the connects that the PC3 is suppose to connect to are crazily tight and I am unable to take them off. Are there specific tools to take them off? I'll take pictures tonight of them.

ok, after having my friend help he helped me realize how much of an idiot I am by taking the connectors off in less than 20 minutes. After the first one he did them in like 2 minutes lol. So now I have the PC3 connected. It still back fires and shuts off in neutral when I run it hard, but I'm going to try and reload a map and see if that helps.
