Default flush mount turn signal issue

Okay, so here's the deal. I have sequential integrated tail lights installed on my '05 R6, they have resistors on them to slow the flash rate down. I recently purchased flush mount turn signals for the front, along with a new flasher relay. I installed them and things worked fine. last week or so, i finally rode my bike in the dark. I noticed that the turn signal is studdering, not flashing really fast, but a few dim flashes, then the correctly timed solid flash, and repeats. The rear lights work like they are supposed to though. Here's the kicker. It doesn't do this during the day, and only does it when the bike is running. any ideas?

*bump* I know we have a bunch of skilled and knowledgable members who should have an idea of how to fix things.

Try the original relay? Check the spec's for the blinkers and grab a meter and you can figure it out.

Sorry to not have any really concrete answer for ya.

I'm def not a fan of flush mount frt blinkers at all, I really like oncoming traffic to see where I'm going
