    Default 2009 r6 jumpy idle

Hey people, new here and of course having a problem with my r6. Just bought the bike a few days ago amd noticed the idle is pretty jumpy. It idles back and forth from about 1300-1500 rpm. I was going to adjust the idle but read somewhere that was a bad idea for this generation. No performance mods on it, still has stock exhaust. Any ideas?

That doesn't sound too abnormal, but the throttle bodies may be out of sync. How many miles are on it? Does it get better or worse once warmed up or after/during riding?

Bike has 3500 miles on it. Stays the same after being warmed up. Once I start on the throttle over 3000 rpms it's fine. Once I come to a stop does the same idle. Any help would be much appreciated

Is it loping, like a big engine muscle car, or just varying in between the range with no rhyme or reason?

Sorry for the late response been busier than normal. It just goes back and forth between those ranges. Just took a look at the air filter, clean as a whistle. So did everything else I looked at. Is this just a common thing with r6 s in general?
