Bazzaz vs power commander

    Depends, what are your goals for the bike?

    Also, I'd disregard all of them except the PC and the Bazzaz units.

    Power Commander only tunes 4/8 injectors and Bazzaz tunes all 8 injectors. More Power Commander maps available as its been out longer but Bazzaz is getting more and more common.

    thanks that helps alot. i was wondering. you know when you go on the bazzaz site. there are like 8 different boxes. i dont understand why is there so much? are you suppose to get a specific one? or all of them? or etc. sorry i am still new to the bike world. im learning so it would be nice to share some information with me thanks

    Bazzaz makes many different modules, depending on what you're looking for you can purchase them together/individually. The one I think you're looking for is the Bazzaz Z-FI Fuel Control, this includes the wiring harness and module needed for your bike to manage all 8 injectors. It comes with a stock map for your bike, as well as I think a generic slip on map. Additional maps can be uploaded to the module. The Z-AFM is for auto-tune map making through the O2 sensor, the QS is Quick Shifter, and TC is Traction Control. These are modules you can add-on to the Z-FI fuel controller if you choose. Hope this helps!

    ohh i see. so pretty much the all around one is the Z-fi fuel control. i just want the one where i can tune it with everything on there. i plan on geting bazzaz

    Yes you have to have the Z-FI Fuel Control to run the other add-on modules like the QS, TC, and AFM

    so once you get the Zi-fi fuel control. are you suppose to buy the QS, TC, and AFM?
