Jet kit question
I bought my '01 with a bunch of mods already, sprockets, filter, slip-on etc.
My question is, Im pulling everything apart for winter maintenance, while the carbs are off is there a way to tell it if already has a jet kit?
It has a noticeable flat spot roughly 5K-8K and was wondering if maybe it needs a jet kit, or is incorrectly jetted(also ready about carb servicing and sync which I am doing to) but didnt wanna spend money on a jet kit if it already has one

A jet kit will have adjustable needles, the easiest part to figure out. Otherwise, you'll have to look at the main and pilot jet numbers and compare them to what a stock should be.
