ignition button?

im not retarted but when i came out of the gym, i tried to start up my R6v but it wouldnt turn over. doubled check that it was in neutral, made sure the key was on, and the kill switch was on the "run" position. and for about 5 or 6 trys it wouldnt do anything. finally it turned over and started just fine. im kinda confused on what happened. what do you guys think

btw i tryed it again when i got home and its fine

I once had a similar thing. I found that when of turned the key off then on again, it worked first go. It has never done it again, i just figured the immobliser hadn't registered the key or something like that.
