ignition button? but different

for some reason when i try to start my bike now, sometimes when i hit the ign all my electronics fail . turnin it off and back on dont do jack i just sit there and magically the electronics come back on and then it will crank when i press the button. any ideas as to what is causing my short???

You have really given so little info it's going to be hard to diagnose.

but seriously i think thats what caused it i waited bout a week before ridin again and when i went to ride the other day it started doin that shit. more info eh? well not much more to describe, press the ignition all the electric goes off sit and wait with my fingers crossed and hope it comes back on, and that i can press it and my bike will start instead of cutting off again.
