They should do it if it hasn't been done, but how do you know it hasn't been done yet? I'd just drop by or call a dealer with the vin and have them check.
You could call them or you can check yourself. Prop your tank, remove the air box and heat shield. The coils are right there, if they say denso on the top they haven't been done.
It's a service bulletin, not a recall so it can expire. It hasn't yet however. If you want to PM me your VIN I can run it and see if it's been done. There is also a bulletin on the sproket nut and lock washer. I can check that, too.

my girls r6 just had this done. Coils and new sprocket nut all done for free
i know this is old but i just got my coils replaced and the sprocket nut for free a week ago at the dealorship

The TSB applies to 2003 models with the Denso coils, only.
