It appears that the hard drive that replaced the other due to a failure is not performing up to its standard.

Over the next couple days we may have some downtime and they will be replacing the hard drive.

We will not lose any data like we did last time. we have multiple servers setup to handle replication. I may decide move the web traffic to a different server for the mean time.
