If not wait till it goes completely numb and rub one out!

I will try this since i experience the same thing. hopefully this will solve my soreness in my hands

Pirate, wow, how did I ever miss this video! That was an awesome video dood. Sorry Metcalfe that you got pwnt bro, but yeah, it's possible obviously.

You steer a bike with a combination of all inputs. Taking weight out of the seat and applying it to the inside or outside pegs, countersteering, throttle, and your overall body position. As mentioned, your speed through a corner determines how much of each you need to use to make a turn, which is why we aren't planting our knees in the pits @ 5MPH @ a TrackDaz event, or why you countersteer more at high speeds, etc, etc, etc.

Moonrider, sounds like you're death gripping the bars to me. With proper Attack posture on a bike and practicing the body position with the bike on a stand, you'll find you've got zero weight on the bars, and you can take your hands right off the bars & your body is fully supported. This helps eliminate unecessary inputs at the bars which can cause a wreck, and also helps kill arm pump.
