It might not be so much wrist exercises you should look at but core muscle exercises. You shouldn't be putting weight on your wrists, especially when riding hard, which may be why they hurt.

Masturbation jokes aside, you can get one of the gyro wrist balls from Sports Authority or Dick's Sports.

When my hands go numb after riding for awhile, I move my grip so that I am holding on to the throttle with my fingertips and straighten my wrists out instead of holding on with a full grip. This allows bloodflow back into my fingers and makes it more comfortable to ride. I only hold on with my fingertips for a minute or less, and you can instantly feel the difference. Try it.

Thanks guys! Going to try all the suggestions.

I have doubt that it can also be my riding style...... Going to get some real riding in this year, with instruction. So hopefully that will improve things as well.

Lots of sex helps the core muscles a ton. Try that for a while. Your riding will improve
