The box is the hardest part. Everything else is cake. What bike are you taking it on? You're allowed a few mistakes depending on the severity.

if I remember correctly its a fairly small box you're required to ride into make a U turn and ride out.. but this was a couple years ago when I took the test... BUT if I can pass the damn thing on a 650+lb top heavy FJR(had to put a foot down 2 or 3 times) you should be able to do it on the R6 without breaking a sweat...

It might be different in other states but here we had to a figure 8 in a small box. It's doable but I went out of the box once. I still passed though.

The lady at the DMV got lazy with me. I got there like 2 min before they stopped testing for the day. I finished the written and she leaned over and whispered, "You drove the bike here right?". I said "Yes", fearing that this was a trick question. "Well, it's almost time for me to get off so we're going to say that you drove for me then....OK", she whispered...then a few min later handed me my license. I walked out the door wondering what the hell just happened.

You are gonna weave some cones by feathering the clutch, a couple 90' turns, a U turn, drag a knee in a decreasing radius turn, and probably stop with your front wheel in 20" box.

Alright, everything but the dragging of the knee.

With 12,000miles experience, you should be fine.
