    I guess it wouldn't hurt to get your head measured... but nothing beats trying the helmet on first. And keep it on for a good 5 minutes, at least the one you really want. I know that differant brand sizes do not fit the same.

    although, my Arai felt a little too tight when I first got it (size small crosair), I feel it fits perfect now after being "broke" in.

    I like my helmets EXTREMELY tight so I highly doubt I am one of those wrong sized helmet guys.
    I could probably use some different cheek pads though

    My head size is 6 7/8 and I wear a small or XS in most helmets.

    you def break in the helmets. when i first tried on my medium i could barely fit in it. but now its tight, but comfy. the large fit but it seemed like it had a tiny tiny bit too much room. no point of wearing a helm, its its not gonna be at its 100% protection
