ever heard of this? d3o armor

Was looking at a few youtube videos of this and it seems really awesome. Still trying to get my head around how it works on the molecular level... but this looks like a pretty cool alternative, or even an upgrade to your standard ce armor




anyone have any experience with this?

First thing i thought of when i saw them laying on the table (1st vid) was a urinal screen!



Remember those from the days I used to do building maintenance for a local school system.. Crazy.

I've heard of it or something similar for body armor before. It was that guy from England I think that ran a 675 who was talking about some sponsor he had who used that armor and he was going to give it a try. This was a year or two ago.

It reminds me of how corn starch and water reacts.
