You go by an officer and you know he's going to come after you, but you ditch out and lose them before they can turn their lights on to signal for you to pull over?

I've always wondered what other people think about that.

I don't count it as running. Could the officer ever prove that you knew he was going to chase you? You aren't psychic. I have done it before.

Nah thats not running, its evasive action.
"Watch your thoughts; they become words.
Watch your words; they become actions.
Watch your actions; they become habits.
Watch your habits; they become character.
Watch your character; for it becomes your destiny." Upanishads

I dont know in my case i just dont usually slow down after i pass them. I was running the canyons last weekend with my friend and we passed a CHP around a turn that obviously slammed on his brakes to turn around and come after us. I kept @ my current pace (which wasnt slow) and kept going. He didnt light up his bar and i didnt see him after that point...i dont even know if he really busted the U to come get us. Did we run? I would say no, we just didnt slow down...if he didnt pass us we still would have kept the pace we were on and the outcome would still have been the same so i said meh. He gave me the look though, i made eye contact and that fucker had the I'm gonna fuck with with a sand paper condom look in his eyes.
