Oh, F*k a $210 Speeding Ticket!

Well , i was stupid and went too fast down a road known of speed traps. i got a ticket in a 25mph zone, i got cloaked at 48mph, Shit it said $215. After getting ticket , i was real nasty and told him next time i would not stop and said a lot of cuss . Not a good idea. i sent in ticket not guilty. I have no tickets at all on my record, my insurance company said next year my rates would go up, if the speeding ticket stands. There is no extra charges to contest a ticket here. I am not too happy What could I do to make the radar use no good?

In order to make the radar use no good, all u have to do is kill yourself...

Instant on radar leave's you without warning around a curve, a stupid place to speed because I know the cops set up traps a lot there. Maybe the cop won't show up or maybe i could ask some questions when the radar was last tested or perhaps when the cop was last certified to use the EQ, They let you ask questions, i don't have any tickets either, so maybe a reduced fine. It seems like cops arn't turning on the radar till the last second sometimes:

I just thought on a out of ticket idea. The cop said he gave me a break on the speed he put down,well that means he did not put down my correct speed weather it was higher or lower-the cop isn't allowed to just put down anything he wants too as my speed. If the radar said 50mph and he wrote down 48mph then that was not my actuall speed. It could have been much lower than 48mph too then? He has to swear to tell the true story. Not putting down the correct speed by radar should mean the ticket is not any good? What i am trying to do is show the radar or the cop has me going at not the speed on the ticket.

why don't you just man up and pay the ticket? You got caught knowing the consequenses, so just eat the ticket and shit out the cash and pay it.
I can't tell you how many times I've been pulled over, told the cop "well, you got me!, how much is the damage gonna be?" or something similar....and then let go with a warning.

Look at that Harley rider who died because of booze and a cheapo helmet that fell off-its in there with the 12,000$ fine but this has little to do with me that some rich fuk can pay a huge fine. i am puttng my radar detector in the closet for a while and just ride real slow and not ride very much for a while doing that any way because of winter-but this is going to suk if i have to ride in the middle of winter to go to a court house. i let my guard down because it was nice out. I have talked my way out of a few tickets-this time i knew I was cooked. i sent ticket in all ready contested. I might as well try and fight the ticket-
