I tried this approach last time. Only I told him I was bleeding to death and needed to change my tampon. The only difference it really made was that he stood further away when he wrote the ticket. When it was all said and done I asked him if I could at least get a police escort to the nearest bathroom. He didn't think it was funny. I was lying anyway so it would have just been awkward at that point if he'd have said yes.

I have some ammo to go in with. I have been talking to a client who is a kick ass attorney in denver. VERY powerful...he said I have a few choices to make myself look better..

1) Take the online course before I even go to the court and show the ticket stub of passing. Then request a deferment of the ticket for 6 months
2) 2 point non-moving violation and a class.

he said with all the nice stuff the cop put on the ticket about me he said I have done everything right besides not getting pulled over to begin with..lol He also said...hope and pray that the DA got fucked real good the night before because then they are much nicer. lol

Just take defensive driving class if they have that and you won't get the points on your record.

Sounds like you will def get help from what he wrote about you being a good guy and acting mature and professional. There's still alot of discreation involved in the process, and since they'll see you're not a repeat offending thug douchebag, you should make out OK.
