san diego ticket help!!!!!!!!!!

i got my first ticket on my bike 2008 r6 that i got new in feb 08. i was cited for exhibition of speed 23109(c) for popping a wheelie. i already have 2 points on my record from 2 other tickets. i remember the last one was in dec 08 and the one before i dont remember. but both those were for speeding in the car. ive been on probation for other reasons for 2.5 years and i have 6 months left. my court day is in sep 09 and im shitting it cuz ive done some research and the exhibition of speed counts as 2 points and that would mean i have 4 points so my license is suspended right??? im scared also cuz this is a misdemeanor and im still on probation. does that mean ill get jail time also????? what should i do???? obviously get a lawyer but can i get out of this???? can they lower this to something else so my license doesnt get suspended and i dont have a misdemonor????? Please help!!!!!!!!

thanks for the info penace but yeah the points here is 4 and you license is suspended. exhibition of speed counts as 2 and i already have 2 i believe. the laws in florida are different. i remember reading somewhere that in florida popping a wheeelie will suspend your license for 10 years!!!!! something like that. if that true thats ridiculous!!!!!!!!!!! oh i got a lawyer to handle all this for my exhibition of speed and violation of probation and it was 4500 dollars. hopefully all goes well cuz if not it means jail time for the violation of probation. any more info is greatly apreciated please!!!!
