If it's your first ticket, you should be able to bypass the points and take a driving school or something.

yeah plan on taking the class maybe even online, I don't remember how much per mph. over the speed limit costs? thought the title would get some attention quick response, I win and lose at the same time. ,

court in dec., want to know how much to save, you know spread it out through checks so it don't hurt

I'm not in Cali, but when I got popped for 100 in a 55, it was a couple hundred bucks and not a chance at driving school.

I can't wait to try out my pre-paid legal lawyer , people at work want me to let them know what it was like to, got it cheap through job. Really thinking about fighting the ticket because if the cop don't show up it's thrown out. Someone once told me highway patrol gets paid to go to court but street beat cops do not? so they don't keep track of it so well.

Ok my bullship excuse at fighting the ticket and not seem like I'm full of crap is that right before I run into the cop, there is a big hilland when I go over the top the throttle is still loaded and gives me a speed burst because it goes into a down hill. He got the radar before I could correct and slow down , keep in mind I still have my permit to learn, but for 7 months now (newbie mistake?).

^ This is just in case I decide to fight it and the cop actually shows up, so I can tell the judge something- or I can discuss with my lawyer how to make it fly. I don't think I even have to show up to court or at least for the first part on the citation court date.couple hundred don't sound that bad to me for 45 over 2k5adam? maybe the lawyer will know cost of 15 over because I don't think I can do traffic school if I fight.

yes residential, wonder if he put down 51 mph because 16 and over is higher, that sux gonna fight for sure now ! They'll be seeing my lawyer in court ! I Just saw on the link to google that I can take traffic school even if I fight it and no insurance hike , that settles it operation BS excuse and lawyer activated !
