    -Bring a buddy

-Find someone faster than you to follow around, but don't ride to your limit and play catch up with them, that will only make you crash by riding outside your limits.

-Don't be worried about faster people trying to pass you and being in peoples way. It is their job to get around you, if you move around it will only make it harder and possibly cause a crash. Hold your line.

This is awesome. I'm starting to think about doing a track day, so this is really helpful!
