    I have always wanted to visit Alaska and I want to take my wife there to show her that it isn't Antarctica. Is there any place in AK that has fairly mild temperatures all year? I am from CA so I don't know if I can deal with 30ft of snow overnight. Thanks.

    Yup anchorage haha. Less then 2 foot of snow the entire winter and moderate temps.

    I was in anchorage February-March of 02 and there was way more then 2 feet of snow. But it's a gorgeous place, coastal and mountainous.. and I've never seen a higher concentration of strip clubs per capita.
