    Telegraph Canyon Road
    Wednesday, 1/23/2008

The road is very clean all the way to the 94. I took the 94 all the way to the Barett's Junction Cafe, and that too was very nice. Watch out for the construction going on though, they have been doing alot of improvements to the road lately (I saw 2 construction crews, which were clearly marked and gave plenty of room to slow down before you come up to them). Conditions were near perfect, I might take it all the way up to Julian today.

    Telegraph Canyon Road
Same as yesterday, except no construction crews today. Weather is cold but the road is clean.

    94 East/Buckman Springs Road
Took it all the way to Sunrise Highway. The road is very clean for the most part. Watch out for some debris as you get near Campo.

    Sunrise Highway
Careful! It was snowing today and I spotted some slush in the road occasionally. Still, it is a beautiful time to go riding if you can handle the cold. For the most part, the roads are dry up to Mount Laguna. We didn't make it all the way out to Julian due to dismal the weather report.(It says -27 degrees on Weather Underground). Dress warm!

    02/29/08, Azusa and GMR.

Azusa was very clean all the way up to the gate that is closed. The backside of GMR had a few dirty spots. Going up, the dirty spots begin at the middle. But overall it was cleaner than usual. I would rank it about a 7 out of 10 in cleanliness. Going down, was dirtier, especially near the shoulder, its about a 5.5 out of 10.

The Front side of GMR was very clean

There were a grip of riders out today. I must have seen at least 40, and that is a lot for a weekday. Good times

    03/01/08 - Big T, AFH, ACH.

Big T is pretty messed up at the bottom, bumpy and dirty. But as you make your way up to AFH, the road gets nicer and cleaner. AFH was very clean and dry, but a few areas has some bumpy ass spots. ACH on the way down was very wet. The fog was thick as hell, I was only able to see about 7-10 feet in front of me, and this is with an open shield, because when it was closed I could not see shit.

Oh yeah, watch out for the CHP and Rangers. CHP radars every single bike that passes by them. And they will stop you for non-moving violations.
