Yay yay! I won my trial de novo! This is now three for three this year!
I will continue to get my good driver discount when I renew my insurance!

That was my motto until last week. Lost the TBD a couple months ago. So i did the TDNovo. Cop showed up but the judge that was giving the rundown on how it goes in his courtroom seemed cool. Then he said we are taking a short recess and then he is going to split up the group so that we can get through more cases since it was the end of the day. I got shafted and had to go to a different judge who was a dick, made fun of me via sarcasm, and denied me traffic school even though i was eligible. Thats one more point on the record for me and i have been good for the last 1.5 years since i stopped riding the bike on the streets. Good luck and i hope you guys don't get a dick like i did.

I'd say bite the bullet on the price of the ticket and plead for traffic school. I've done two traffic schools within 12 months when I asked the Judge.
