I made an illegal left turn an got caught. when i was pulled over the officer asked my why he was pulling me over, i was honest about it. he still wrote me a ticket but appreciated my honestly but he said he had to do it cause his boss was making him stake out the area where i made the illegal turn.

well i submitted a TBD and all i wrote was i am not guilty! thats all.

well just found out....case dismissed!!!

thats 2 out of 3 tickets i won by TBD.

cali is the only state i think that has this option. its pretty obvious the officer didn't respond to the TBD. i wonder if he was just lazy or cut me a break.

nice.. i won a few by tbd.

the cool part is.. that if you are still found guilty... you get a chance to go into court and fight via person.

ya true. i got another ticket and lost via TBD. went to court and the cop didn't show up.

so all in all im 3/4!

always fight those tickets!!!!!!!!!

I have also had some success with TBWD. I am actually waiting on another decision now. Crossing fingers.
