I just had my first experience with Roger Lyle last week. I've done a bunch of track days, but it was my brother's first time. I have to say I wasn't impressed especially for a first time rider. Their classroom time entailed 15 minutes before their first session and that was it! They just glossed over flags and never really delved into body position or assessing a corner. They did have control riders for the beginners and instructors that were very approachable for all levels. There were four groups so you only got 15 minute sessions... I guess I'm used to 20 minute sessions so I feel a little cheated for $200 and even more so since there were so many crashes that it cut into my session time.
It was a VERY laid back organization which is fine if you've done some track days and know what's going on, but fairly lacking for the beginner.
