was until i found out there was a 4 month wait they didn't tell me until after i sent in my $100 acceptance fee.. (it's getting refunded, which is why i didn't worry too much about senidng it in, didn't expect it to be that much behind though)

Jacksonville either jan 5th or jan 26th.. i'm thinkin jan 5th is going to be too soon to get everything ready between finals and having surgery on the 22nd. Housing is co-ed and shared with 5 other local colleges

which college you looking at? UNF? Jax is nice, except for riding. I don't know where you are coming from, but Florida is flat! I know there is some good riding just over the border in GA. We do some good rides a little south of Jax but they are long ones just to get to the good parts.

Drivers are pretty bad there, definitely have to watch your six when riding. The weather is pretty good, and you can ride year round with the right gear. The cost of living is a little crazy, but that can vary depending on what part of town you are in. I live about 5 minutes from UNF. It is a pretty nice area around the college. They just built a Town Center just a couple miles away with everything you need, stores, restaurants.

Haha, i'm coming from Iowa man.. lived in a small town my whole life (less than 8k) and am now going to college that has about 25k students and like 50k in the city or so..

I don't have a 6 right now used to, but sold it about a year and a half ago.. My rent is in an apartment shared with a couple others, it's a whole college housing that all the local colleges share.. Rent is like $500 a month with everything included, which I didn't think was too bad. I'm pretty sure one of my buddies is moving with me as well. I'll def. be hitting you up when I have more questions..


Hell i've been checking the weather in jacksonville lately and it's been like 60's and 70's.. that is purrrrrfect from Iowa standards.. It has hardly hit past 30 degree's in the past 2 weeks.. i'm sure we'll get down there and people will have like coats and stuff, but with what i'm used to 60's and 70's will be shorts and flip flop weather
