    In scottsdale the biggest crime you will see is dui's or people being busted by traffic cameras.

    Scottsdale is going to be more expensive to live in compared to parts of phoenix. You can live way out in westside phoenix and it will be cheap but dirty or you can live in phoenix near scottsdale/paradise valley and it will be a lot nicer of a neighborhood.
